Because our products fall under health, nutrition, and ingestible consumables, we cannot accept returns once the order is shipped.

This includes situations where:

  • The box has been opened
  • The product has been partially used
  • The outer packaging is damaged
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The customer finds the product “not suitable” for personal preference

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Missing items
  • Or you received the wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide:

  • Replacement
  • OR re-shipment
  • OR a store credit

To process a claim, we require:

3. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments

Once an order is shipped, it is handled by the chosen courier or local postal service.

3.1 Lost Packages

A package is considered lost when:

  • It does not update for a prolonged period, AND
  • The courier confirms it cannot be located

We will offer replacement or store credit after official courier confirmation.

3.2 Delayed Shipments

Delays due to the following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Customs clearance
  • Local postal delays
  • Holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs taxes or import fees.

These fees are:

  • Not charged by us
  • Not included in product price or shipping
  • The customer’s responsibility

Failure to pay customs fees and refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund, since the product cannot be returned due to safety standards.


5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible before the order ships.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to:

  • Change the shipping address
  • Modify order items
  • Issue a refund
