Guide & Instructions

We provide comprehensive solutions and support to help you reach new heights.

Welcome to Your So Easy 3-Day Cleanse

You’ve made the decision to reset — and we’ll guide you through every sip, every step.
This is not a traditional starvation fast or a restriction; it’s a structured rhythm your body will recognize and follow.

Let’s begin.

Before You Start

Prepare Your Body and Mind

Choose three consecutive days when you can rest more than usual.
Stay hydrated — keep warm water nearby throughout the day.
Avoid coffee, alcohol, or heavy fried/processed food before starting.
Gradually reduce solid food intake over two days
Sleep well the night before — your body resets best when rested.

Think of it as giving your body a short holiday from stress.

The 3-Day Cleansing Rhythm

How to Take Your Drinks

Enjoy 10 drinks (7 times) a day, from morning till night.
(Morning → Late Morning → Noon → Afternoon → Evening → Night → Before Bed)
Sachets are labeled by name. Follow the schedule and drink in the order listed.
Mix one sachet with 250-350 ml of water, shake and drink.
Drink slowly, allow your body to absorb the nutrients calmly.
Keep the Rhythm Going

After Your Cleanse

Ease back to regular meals with plants and whole foods.
Continue drinking plenty of water for 2-3 days.
Avoid heavy fried or processed foods for at least a week.
Repeat the cleanse every 2–3 months for maintenance.

Cleansing isn’t a one-time act — it’s a rhythm your body can return to.

Troubleshooting & Comfort Tips

(Listen to Your Body)

Mild fatigue or sleepiness

These are a common experience during the cleanse. This is because your body is actively reallocating energy to the detoxification process instead of regular digestion. To counteract this feeling, be sure to listen to your body, rest more frequently, and drink plenty of warm water to support your system.

Gas or Bloating

If you experience any gas or bloating, do not be alarmed. This sensation indicates that the fiber in the formulas is actively working to activate gut movement and clear impacted matter. To alleviate discomfort, engage in gentle activities like short walks and maintain excellent hydration levels.

No Bowel Movement

If you do not have a bowel movement on the first day, it simply means your body is adjusting its hydration levels or taking longer to loosen accumulated waste. The recommended action is to add extra plain water or fresh apple juice to encourage movement, as hydration is key for fiber efficacy.

Slight Headache

A slight headache can occur as a result of reduced caffeine intake or as toxins begin to leave your system. To help relieve this, try simple stretches for your neck, and focus on deep breathing exercises to increase oxygen flow.

If anything feels unusual or too intense, pause the cleanse and rest – your body knows best.

Your Next Reset

Many people repeat their cleanse every 3 months to maintain balance.

“The best cleanse is the one you can do calmly, consistently, and with care.”

🌱 Day 1 — Release & Hydrate

Goal: Loosen old residues and prepare the body’s cleansing rhythm.
You’ll Notice: More frequent bowel movements, lighter stomach.

Suggested Routine:

  • Wake up with warm water + first drink.
  • Keep your meals very light — soups, fruits, or nothing if you feel full.
  • End the day early and rest — your body is starting to reorganize.

It’s normal to feel slightly bloated or tired — that’s movement, not discomfort.

🌿 Day 2 — Cleanse & Flow

Goal: Activate enzymes & fibers to remove deep waste.
You’ll Notice: Lighter abdomen, clearer mind.

Suggested Routine:

  • Keep up hydration — every drink supports elimination.
  • Gentle stretching or a short walk helps circulation.
  • If hunger appears, have a fruit smoothie or vegetable soup.

This is your turning point — things begin to clear and energy returns.

🌸 Day 3 — Renew & Rebalance

Goal: Rebuild cells and digestive rhythm with antioxidants & omega-3.
You’ll Notice: Fresh energy, brighter skin, steady clarity.

Suggested Routine:

  • Continue your 7-drink schedule.
  • Eat light, colorful foods — salads or steam veggies.
  • Spend some quiet time with yourself — you’re completing a reset.

Many users say Day 3 feels like “a clear morning inside the body.”
